Overview
As a diverse team with over fifteen years experience, we are equipped to assist and enjoy helping our commercial clients. Since the studio launched, we have handled a variety of these kinds of commissions. Project types include:
- Speculative feasibility studies to obtain financial investment and for public consultation of large scale projects
- Small to medium size office developments
- Medium to large scale industrial and warehousing units.

The proposal site is on a well established industrial estate. It features a previously used industrial building and is located within a highly sustainable area, made up of a mixture of residential, retail and industrial properties.
The basis of the design approach was to upgrade, alter and extend the existing industrial units. Forming a new modern warehouse and office unit. Of note is the proposed warehouse, which has a ground floor footprint of 927 square metres [9978 square foot]. This included two single story areas.
In total total the re-generated ground floor footprint (existing + proposed) is 1113 square metres [11980 square foot]

The offices are perched on the 6th floor and have the streamlined feeling of a 1930’s ocean liner. The space has been divided into a continuous storage wall with 2 executive offices, a meeting and reception areas.
Dividing the central communal space is a prow like device channelling into left or right executive offices. This device also creates a focal point and meeting place for the office. The storage incorporates a rail ladder to access high cupboards, a walk-in printer and fax workstation area and a reasonably sized kitchen.
The space is bright and compact, enhancing the vibrant atmosphere of this erudite production office.
